5.1 General. kkjl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. kkjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if kkjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 Termination by Player. You may close your kkjl account at any time by contacting kkjl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and kkjl, you agree to first contact kkjl support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. kkjl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent kkjl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
